WARRANTY

The priority for NATURLAB is the transparency and satisfaction of our customers. We guarantee the quality of the products delivered and the delivery of them in the terms and conditions detailed below.

All products by NATURLAB are guaranteed. We promise to replace it with a new one or for a new time for a manufacturing term within 14 days of delivery. In this case, all the costs of returning the product and shipping the new product or the same repaired products are paid by NATURLAB. In the case that the problem of said product is not in the guarantee, the consumer pays the possible additional expenses that are originated by said return. For the return to be accepted by NATURLAB.

The products must be returned within a period of 14 working days from the date of receipt of the order by the Customer.

The products must be returned in their original box / packaging.

In the case that the product is wrapped in transparent paper, such paper may not have been opened or removed. The products can not have been used..

It will be understood that the Client is in agreement with the general conditions that are foreseen in this text from the moment in which it has been read and is in agreement with these Terms and Conditions.

ORDERS

To be able to place an order, the customer must be at least 18 years old.

The payment of the order can be made with the payment systems we provide on our website. With a credit or debit card or through PayPal.

The price of each product will come on the website. The price indicated in the purchase price at the time of purchase is the sale price, which will not change at the time of the order confirmation by the customer.

The indicated prices include VAT, however, the shipping costs are set in the function of number of products purchased and shipping address.

You are informed of these expenses before confirming the order and finalizing the contracting process.

Once the purchase is completed by the customer, an email will be sent.

EXEMP PRICES OF VAT

If the customer lives in the European Union, all prices include VAT, but we deduct this amount from the total if the shipment was made to areas exempt from VAT. The customer only has to indicate it in the "Additional information" field when placing his order.

We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time. However, we are committed to apply the effective rates indicated in the portal at the time of placing the order by the Client.

AVAILABILITY

It should be noted that orders will be shipped within the available stock limits. If one of the ordered items is not in stock, we are committed to contact the Customer as soon as possible (from the date you placed the order) to communicate the deadline in which we can send your product (s) . In case you were not interested in waiting, you can request the refund of the amounts you have paid for said item.

We have the SSL certificate, which protects the consumer's privacy.

If our security department suspects about any anomaly or fraud, NATURLAB reserves the right to cancel the transaction for security reasons.

PayPal and the card payment system, Adyen, are the most reliable, quick and fast way to make online payments. In fact, since PayPal and Adyen make the payments directly to our customers, NATURLAB will not have access to the bank details of the latter.

In case the purchase has been made by a final consumer or a company the corresponding invoice will be extended. Both will include the breakdown corresponding to the Value Added Tax if applicable and the shipping costs.

PRODUCTS DELIVERY

We will send the Customer the products to the delivery address that appears on your personal data form.

If the item indicates "in stock" when placing the order, the deadline for placing it and the delivery date will be 2/3 working days from our validation of the payment received. If the item is not available at the time of placing the order, we will contact the Customer to inform them properly. Delivery times are estimated for orders made in the Spanish peninsula and may vary on the dates of the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

REVIEWS

All opinions written by clients are controlled by the marketing team. If the opinions received violate the law, ethics or morals (abusive publicity, defamation, insults, comments out of context ...), NATURLAB reserves the right to reject or modify such opinions.

The personal data that the Client must provide us are essential for the sending of orders and drafting of invoices. The absence of these data will lead to the automatic cancellation of orders. By registering on the page, the Client committ to provide us with valid personal data, data that allow the provision of the service by NATURLAB and the correct identification of the registered Customer, as well as the sending of information and publicity regarding the different products and offers that NATURLAB can have on their web pages.
